The purpose of all sessions is to support you in releasing or
transforming energy that creates separation between you and your
soul. It is my belief that the more connected we are to soul, the
more we can live from our integrity, passion and creativity. It
is from this place that we can contribute to the healing of the
world.
All of my sessions involve an interchange of energy. However, I
allow you to guide the level of the interchange. Every individual
has different
needs and comfort levels, and I honor those differences. I always
ask your permission before moving deeper into the session, or before
sharing any information that I’ve received during the session.
Before
each session, I center myself, open up my energy pathways, and
ask that the guidance given be for your greatest good.
An intuitive
session begins with us talking about concrete matters. I will
use your learning pattern as a road map leading us deeper
into the situation. At some point, I will ask you to breathe,
center, and begin paying attention to your internal experiences
of seeing
visuals, hearing conversations or feeling sensations. We will
both use those experiences to access your intuition as a tool
for healing.
I am always connecting with mine as we work together. Coaching
approaches may be used and offered during these sessions.
Soul
healing sessions may start with an invocation, where I’ll
ask for light to surround the room and protect those within.
I will then connect to my higher self, open up as a vessel, and
pay attention
to how your energy is moving. I will continually ask for my
awareness to broaden so that I can maintain a safe space for whatever
you encounter.
It’s important to remember that you are the
most important component in your own healing. During our sessions,
I ask that you:
- Be as present as you can be
- Pay attention to your own breathing
- Bring your awareness to what
you notice in your body
- Pay attention your inner landscape
- Speak or ask questions whenever
you feel it’s necessary
It’s
equally important for you to know that you can stop the session
at any time if you feel uncomfortable.
Sessions are available to
individuals and couples. Most sessions last for about 1 1/4 to
1 1/2 hours. Sessions can take place
in person,
or over the phone. There are no limits on how long or how
frequently we can work together. |
